We ensure that every team member is equipped with the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all pest control operations.
This includes:

  • Standard company uniform
  • Certified chemical-resistant mask
  • Safety shoes with rubber toe protection
  • Protective goggles / safety glasses (as required)
  • Chemical-resistant gloves
  • Placement of appropriate warning signs/posters during treatments

2 - Environmental Protection Measures

We strictly adhere to environmental safety standards related to the handling, usage, and disposal of all chemicals.
Our processes include:

  • Chemical Storage: All chemicals are handled and stored in full compliance with label instructions and regulatory guidelines.
  • Waste Disposal: All used chemical containers are disposed safely and responsibly, following both legal and label-specific requirements.

Training & Competency

Training programs include both internal sessions led by qualified professionals (Highfield approved trainers) and external certifications provided by approved training bodies.Each team member receives training based on their role, responsibility, and required competency level. Refresher trainings are conducted regularly in accordance with the company’s Skill Matrix and defined training frequency to maintain consistent performance and service quality.
